Abstract:
Aiming at the poor biodegradability of outlet water at the wastewater treatment plant in a petrochemical company, pilot experiments on the water quality improvement of secondary biochemical outlet water by Ozone-BAF combined process have been accomplished. The results show that under the conditions that the COD, NH3-N, SS and oils of outlet water change greatly(less than 40, 2, 15 and 5mg/L respectively), when ozone dosage is 25 mg/L, and HRT of BAF at two electrodes is 70 min, the outlet water COD is≤40 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen≤2 mg/L, SS<15 mg/L, and oils≤5 mg/L. The produced water can meet the requirements of the water quality standard of reclaimed water to be reused as make-up water for circulating water, providing reference for water-saving and emission-reduction management in petrochemical enterprises.

摘要:
针对某石化污水处理场出水可生化性差的问题, 采用臭氧氧化+曝气生物滤池(BAF)组合工艺对其二级生化出水进行了水质提升处理中试实验。结果表明:在进水COD、氨氮、悬浮物、石油类波动大的情况下, 当臭氧投加量为25 mg/L、两级BAF的水力停留时间为70 min时, 出水COD≤40 mg/L、氨氮≤2 mg/L、悬浮物<15 mg/L、石油类≤5 mg/L, 出水水质达到了再生水回用作为循环水补水的水质标准, 对石化企业的节水减排管理具有借鉴作用。
